Job Description

Growth Product Manager Digital+

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help identify, test, and scale opportunities for growth across Pregnancy+. You’ll work as part of the Growth and Monetization team, reporting directly to the Growth Leader.

This role is highly operational and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, analysis, and rapid execution. You’ll focus on driving monetization, acquisition, and retention through a mix of product experimentation, marketing activation, and lifecycle communication.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, sales, and campaign partnership teams to deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and exploit growth opportunities

  • Work with the Growth Leader to define and prioritize growth opportunities across monetization, acquisition, and retention.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and inform future strategy.

  • Continuously look for high-impact, low-effort initiatives that can accelerate growth.

  • Run operational growth experiments

  • Own the end-to-end execution of growth experiments, from idea generation to implementation and analysis.

  • Leverage tools like Firebase, One Signal, Google Ad Manager, Jira, and Figma to run, monitor, and evaluate experiments.

  • Use data to identify what is and isn’t working and make evidence-based recommendations.

  • Use communication and marketing channels to drive growth

  • Plan and execute in-app messaging, push notifications, and email marketing campaigns to support engagement and conversion.

  • Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to align experiments with broader communication strategies.

  • Understand and apply marketing principles to craft effective, user-focused communications that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Partner with engineering to deliver and automate experiments effectively.

  • Work closely with analytics to define success metrics and measure the impact of each initiative.

  • Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to ensure experiments align with monetization goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in digital or consumer product environments, ideally in a growth or experimentation role.

  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience working with communication channels such as push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing.

  • Comfortable using tools such as Firebase, One Signal, Google Ad Manager, Jira, and Figma.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into action.

  • Strong understanding of how marketing, product, and technology intersect to drive growth.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with clarity in expressing trade-offs and priorities.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.

  • Self-starter with a bias toward action, eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly to deliver impact.
