Creoate is building products and solutions in unconventional ways so that more entrepreneurs and small businesses owners can better run their businesses. 🚀
We help independent retailers buy sustainable and unique products from brands and wholesalers on a centralised platform, using artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to improve sales for brands, manage inventory levels and get sustainable finance. 🙌
All we do is aimed at delivering more choice, better pricing, and more efficient logistics at a global scale for our customers. Our mission has been extensively covered in TechCrunch and Sifted (hottest investments shortlist), and we are led by a world-class team who have worked at or invested in high-growth cultures including Farfetch, Amazon, Checkout, Vinted, Lyst, Zapp, and Deloitte.

We're currently a team of 35+ strong, and growing fast across the UK and USA. Having support from world-class VCs who have invested in Airbnb, Slack, Square, Checkout, and Job&Talent also means that we are now ready to meet ambitious leaders to help us shape the future.

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale Creoate globally, driving growth, retention, and engagement through smart merchandising and data-informed marketing campaigns.

You will own onsite merchandising, ensuring our collections and brands are effectively showcased to delight customers and hit commercial goals. You’ll also lead cross-channel campaigns and own Creoate’s social media presence, ensuring consistent storytelling and measurable business impact.  You will be taking ownership of key areas of the customer experience, coming up with new strategies to predict and answer their needs.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends analytical thinking with creative execution. We’re looking for someone who loves data and analysis, and is hungry to find actionable gold nuggets buried in our data. Creativity is equally important, as you will be designing and building new campaigns based on these user insights.

You have proven experience designing, launching and analysing campaigns, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace/B2B environment, and are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives against ambitious targets.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Drive LTV and retention of customer cohorts, optimising the funnel to improve activation and retention
  • Ownership of onsite merchandising, promoting collections and brands based on data and commercial objectives
  • Responsibility for developing and executing Creoate’s social media strategy, and using these platforms to drive measurable outcomes tied to business goals
  • Lead campaign ideation and concept development against Creoate's growth strategies and key initiatives. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure these projects  run smoothly and within deadlines
  • Create A/B testing paradigms to confirm hypotheses and quickly scale experiments that are successful in activating, cross-selling and retaining users. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to design, test and execute these experiments
  • Work efficiently within a startup environment, taking ownership of projects and using initiative to identify new opportunities

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years work experience with at least 2 years in growth, product marketing, digital marketing, or similar role, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace/B2B business
  • Comfortable using and analysing data, with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL a plus
  • Previous hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and merchandising or conversion optimisation. Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across different channels
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn't one
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, working to ambitious growth targets
