Manage marketing automation, intent-based prospecting, paid digital and social campaigns, funnel reporting, MQA workflows, and sales alignment. Prevalent AI is an AI-powered data fabric company that provides the organizational context enterprises need to securely operate, reliably deploy AI, and make decisions with confidence. Our customers include global banks, telcos, healthcare providers and critical national infrastructure operators. We are investing heavily in our go-to-market capability, and this role is central to how we reach and win those accounts.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to run the operational engine of our go-to-market motion, delivering account-based and paid digital campaigns that reach CISOs and technology leaders at those organisations.

The role is UK-based, working across our EMEA, North America and APAC target markets.

You will evolve and run our account-based marketing (ABM) model day to day: tiered target account campaigns built from concept to execution, new
logo prospecting and sequencing, paid digital and paid social against the same accounts, and the signal-based workflows that route engagement to sales. You will also support wider marketing activity, including high-touch events.

Marketing here is AI-enabled by default. We expect you to build AI into how you work, covering far more ground across research, content and campaign operations, and to share what works with the wider team.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with sales leadership and incoming Account Executives to align campaigns with pipeline goals. This is a build role, not a maintain role: you will set strategy and targets with the VP, then have genuine autonomy over how campaigns are built, run and improved, with regular reviews rather than sign-off on every decision. You will have agency support as required, so your time goes on targeting, messaging and performance rather than production, and a clear path to grow with the function as the team scales.

You will pair hands-on marketing automation and paid digital expertise with the instinct to take a rough brief and drive it to a working answer.

Key accountabilities:

  • Design, build, launch and optimise account-based campaigns against tiered target lists, shaping the campaign idea and creative direction with the VP of Marketing, not just delivering someone else's brief
  • Own our marketing automation platform day to day: workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, sequencing logic, re-engagement and alerting, and the marketing-qualified account (MQA) model
  • Run new
logo prospecting and outreach sequencing, using intent signals to prioritise timing and messaging

  • Plan and optimise paid and organic digital and social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn), including account-based paid programmes, managing budget to agreed limits and reporting on efficiency and pipeline contribution
  • Own funnel reporting across paid and organic, from account engagement through to marketing-qualified accounts and pipeline created, and explain performance against benchmarks
  • Use AI tools and workflows to extend campaign output and velocity, from ad and sequence variants to audience research, and help evaluate and roll out new tools as the stack matures
  • Act as day-to-day marketing partner to sales, supporting the events calendar and its follow-up and turning approved messaging into campaign-ready assets

Skills and experience:

  • Five+ years in demand generation and/or account-based marketing within B2B enterprise, SaaS or cybersecurity, either in-house at a vendor or agency-side supporting one, with a track record of creating campaigns from scratch as well as running them
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with a modern marketing automation platform (workflows, lifecycle automation, segmentation, reporting) and intent-data tools
  • Strong paid digital expertise across paid social and paid search or programmatic, ideally including account-based paid programmes against a target account list
  • Genuinely hands-on with AI tools and workflows across research, content and campaign operations, with a track record of using them to scale output rather than just experimenting
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to operate with high autonomy where infrastructure is still forming, turning ambiguity into a working system rather than running a pre-defined playbook
  • Strong analytical thinking, comfortable owning funnel metrics and explaining what the numbers mean rather than just reporting them
  • Strong communication skills, able to adapt technical, security-adjacent messaging for CISO, CIO and security architect audiences, and to work closely with Content and Product Marketing
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data infrastructure or enterprise AI categories, or with data sovereignty and regulated
    industry marketing, is preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications or a relevant field preferred
