YOUR MISSION

As a Media Marketing Lead you will help build and grow our customer base by building deep partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across HQ, local markets and our tech and data clusters. 

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve strategic and operational KPIs, preparing inputs for regional and central marketing performance reviews, sharing knowledge from their regional focus area and ensuring all media and martech stakeholders are aware of the regional opportunities.

THE JOURNEY

  • You manage cross-functional programs connecting Performance Marketing & Awareness Media teams, International Growth squads across multiple regions, but equally marketing science, data and technology teams under the broader martech group. You create and manage ad hoc tiger teams to accelerate critical growth opportunities.
  • You drive integrated campaigns ensuring the local context and strategies are translated in Media Marketing plans; online and offline. 
  • You lead several of Glovo’s Media (performance marketing and awareness media) initiatives with direct impact on cost, revenue and our gross customer base. 
  • You work across multiple countries with the country's growth teams. You provide senior management with regular project performance reports and presentations. You consolidate and distribute best practices.
  • Project Management
    • You lead and project manage key assigned Performance Marketing, Awareness Media or MarTech related work streams that span across all regions, ensuring timely and effective execution.
    • You develop detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
    • You facilitate regular communication and collaboration among regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • You co-define and manage OKRs for responsible Media Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • You oversee budget & target definition, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and tracking performance against plans. 
  • You provide monthly business reporting, consolidating insights from regional teams to provide comprehensive performance reports to senior leadership.
  • You attend weekly/bi-weekly performance reviews with central, functional or regional stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • You gained at least  2-3 years of professional experience in a top-tier management or growth consulting firm. We are looking for proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously that combine high impact, high complexity and a high number of diverse stakeholders (Offline/Online Marketing Managers and Directors; Regional Growth Directors, CMO/COO).
  • You have experience in managing budgets and business reporting processes independently.
  • You have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems or analytics tools.
  • You have knowledge of product development processes.
  • You will be solving a lot of first-time problems. You thrive in ambiguity, are innately curious and can balance getting it done over doing it perfectly.
  • You enjoy managing a broad set of stakeholders and can convey complicated and likely domain-specific messages in a concise manner that would suit an executive audience.
  • You are fluent in English.
