About Marloo

Financial advisers carry an extraordinary responsibility. They guide people through the most important financial decisions of their lives. For too long the tools available to them have been unworthy of that responsibility.

We are building the AI partner that changes that. Not a notetaker, but the infrastructure the profession has always needed and never had.

Backed by Blackbird Ventures, the first and largest investor in Canva. In under a year we have onboarded 650+ firms across six countries with almost zero churn. We are at the beginning of something significant and the momentum speaks for itself.

The role

You design experiments, measure them honestly, kill what does not work, and pour fuel on what does.

We are looking for a Growth Lead who runs growth like an engineer runs a system. You build the infrastructure (lists, sequences, attribution, dashboards) that lets the team move ten times faster. You bring the data and the recommendation to every GTM decision.

One of our earliest GTM hires, working alongside Hardy and Shak (co founders). You will lead the company on growth. Not because you have the title, but because you have the experiments, the data, and the conviction to point us at what is working. Player coach: doing the IC work today, building a team as we scale.

What you'll do

Run experiments

  • Design, run, and measure growth experiments across channels, segments, and messaging

  • Scale up what is working. Kill what is not. Be ruthless about both

  • No vanity metrics. Honest measurement, every time

Build the system

  • Build, clean, and enrich target lead lists in Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Stand up the outbound infrastructure: sequences, automation, attribution, dashboards

  • Use AI as leverage end to end. Whatever tool gets the experiment shipped faster

Talk to the market

  • Take intro and discovery calls to sharpen messaging and qualify opportunities

  • Run full cycle sales where needed, especially on early stage deals

  • Feed learnings back to refine our ICP, pitch, and positioning

Own the numbers

  • Top of funnel KPIs: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline created

  • Bring the data and the recommendation to every GTM decision

This could be a good fit if

  • You think like a GTM engineer. Systems, experiments, measurement, iteration

  • Spreadsheet, Clay, sales call, strategy doc. Comfortable in all of them

  • You form and change opinions quickly on data and gut

  • You love talking to customers and are genuinely curious about what makes them tick

  • You are an active AI user who finds leverage in every tool you touch

  • You are London based and want to be in the office

Nice to have

  • Hands on experience with Clay, Apollo, or similar outbound tooling

  • Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated markets

  • Strong writing and storytelling

As a person, you

  • Are first and foremost a builder

  • Love the zero to one phase of a startup

  • Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic

Why this role is special

  • You lead the company on growth. Direct line to the founders, real influence on direction

  • One of the earliest GTM hires at a company with category defining momentum

  • Build and lead a team as we scale

Compensation and benefits

  • £70,000 to £90,000 base · Offers Equity

  • Office first in central London

Salary range: £70-90k depending on experience. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis and determined relative to open compensation standards. Happy to discuss what that would look like for you specifically during our interview process.
