As a  Groups, Meetings and Events Intern, you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience
  • Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations
  • Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist GM&E team in preparing personalized offers for the clients
  • Respond to all customers, whether internal or external in a manner which is both professional, courteous and in line with Hilton Brand standards and procedures relating to the department to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Learn how to work with tools and reports in the prescribed way to ensure all decisions are supported with relevant data analysis, maximizing revenue potential.

  • Languages: English. Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
