Support Group Payroll Manager by coordinating UK and ROW payrolls, producing journals for Oracle, managing internal/external payroll queries, liaising with Global Mobility, P&C and outsourced providers, and maintaining payroll processes, compliance and documentation for a six-month part-time assignment.
Reporting the Group Payroll Manager, the Payroll Co-Ordinator role will help to co-ordinate PDCG payrolls with high confidentiality. Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to.
Part Time role for 6 months.
Core Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW)
- Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle)
- Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required
- Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations
- Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures

Qualifications
- Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing)
- Working with accounting systems and financial processes
- Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
- Polite, professional, assertive, flexible, friendly and approachable
- Proficient in Excel
