We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to come and join the team here. Based in our Biggin Hill office, this role will be accountable for creating branding documents for F1 sponsors, mock-ups, and creative content including digital animations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Create branding packs and  in situ mock-ups of circuit signage for Formula 1 race events.
  • Create and produce print-ready artwork files
  • Work with sponsors to determine the most suitable artwork for their trackside branding.
  • Create animations for LED screens.
  • Maintain brand libraries and client artwork, adding assets into a content management system.
  • Quality control of design projects.
  • Be creative, actively coming up with new ideas for projects.
  • Support the Commercial Producer’s with all race preparation and special projects.
  • Build content, and control the LED screen playlists during the live broadcast
  • Working some race weekends, along with additional hours when required.
  • To operate safely at all times in line with Company health and safety requirements.
  • To complete all mandatory training within specified timelines.
  • To undertake other duties within your capabilities as your Department Manager or Team Manager may assign to you from time to time.

Essential Skills & Technical Areas of Responsibilities

  • A-levels / BTEC National Diploma and / or degree in graphic design or other art / design related discipline.
  • Proven experience designing and producing digital and print graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CS software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects)
  • Proven ability of visualizing creative concepts to an excellent standard.          
  • Proactive in initiating ideas with backed up logic and thought.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, with ability to accept instruction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Enthusiasm and pride in your work with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Keep up with the latest design trends and technology.
  • Open and willing to work additional hours as required.
