About the Role 

Are you looking to start or grow your career in technology sales and consulting? 


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and commercially curious Graduate / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning about business technology and being part of a supportive, collaborative environment. 


You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, account managers and SAP specialists, helping organisations explore how SAP solutions can support their transformation goals. 


Whether you already have some sales experience, have completed a placement year or are looking for your first step into the industry, we’d love to hear from you. 


What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Connecting with prospective organisations through email, LinkedIn and outbound calls  

  • Researching companies and identifying opportunities where Birchman’s SAP expertise could add value  

  • Supporting marketing campaigns and event activities  

  • Inviting contacts to Birchman events and following up with attendees afterwards  

  • Learning about customer challenges, business processes and digital transformation initiatives  

  • Working alongside Account Managers and specialists to support new business opportunities  

  • Coordinating introductory meetings, discovery calls and workshops  

  • Keeping CRM records and activity information up to date  

  • Developing your knowledge of SAP technologies, market trends and enterprise business solutions  

What We’re Looking For 

  • An interest in sales, business development, consulting or technology  

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills  

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn  

  • Commercial curiosity and interest in how businesses operate  

  • Comfortable speaking with people and building professional relationships  

  • Organised, self-motivated and eager to develop professionally  

  • An interest in enterprise technology, ERP or digital transformation  

  • A degree or relevant qualification (beneficial but not essential) 

  • Previous experience in customer facing, sales or business environments including placements, internships or part-time roles (beneficial but not essential) 


Nice to Have 

  • Exposure to SAP or other business systems  

  • Understanding of business areas such as finance, operations or supply chain  

  • Experience in a consulting, technology or SaaS environment
