🚀 About Sensat

We are transforming how the built environment is understood and visualised by algorithms, while being efficiently managed by humans.

Sensat builds advanced geospatial and AI-driven technology that helps organisations make better decisions about the real world. We work at the intersection of spatial data, 3D visualisation, national infrastructure and intelligent systems.

We are ambitious about what we are building and pragmatic about how we build it.

🌱 The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious graduates who want real responsibility early.

This is not a narrow, predefined role. We are looking for polyglots, people who are comfortable operating across disciplines. You might work with engineering, product, research, sales, data, or client interaction.

At Sensat, graduates are not observers. You will contribute to live work, shape internal processes, and help push forward the next generation of spatial technology.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

You may:

  • Contribute to live client projects

  • Work with geospatial datasets and 3D environments

  • Build internal tools or prototypes

  • Support AI and spatial intelligence initiatives

  • Collaborate across engineering, product and commercial teams

  • Turn early ideas into production-ready systems

  • Assist onboarding customers on our spatially intelligent digital twin platform.

  • Get you hands dirty and mind boggled by data engineering challenges.

Your focus will evolve as you grow.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For

We care more about mindset than credentials.

You might be a strong fit if you are:

  • Deeply curious about how things work

  • Ambitious and motivated to build meaningful technology

  • Comfortable learning quickly and operating outside your comfort zone

  • Technically strong in STEM, computer science, engineering, geography, design or related disciplines

  • Clear and confident in communication

  • Professional in standards, but relaxed and human in collaboration

  • Energised by responsibility

🧭 Our Culture

Professional. Ambitious. Curious. Human.

We are serious about our work.

We hold high standards.

We enjoy building together.

We value:

  • Curiosity over complacency - Innovate Boldly

  • Ownership over waiting for permission - Impact Driven

  • Collaboration over ego; Energy, humility and integrity - We are Real

  • Transform complex idea to reality - Simply Complexity

  • Ingenuity over constraints – We are Resourceful

📈 What You’ll Gain
  • Exposure to cutting-edge spatial and AI technology

  • Direct access to technical leadership

  • Rapid learning and real responsibility

  • A high-trust environment

  • The opportunity to shape meaningful infrastructure technology

🚀 Why Sensat?
  • A "High-Performance, High-Care" Culture: We work hard because we care about the vision, and we have a blast doing it.

  • Direct Impact: Your work will contribute to massive, real-world infrastructure projects.

  • Rapid Growth: As we scale, you scale. We provide the mentorship; you provide the velocity.
