What You’ll Be DoingAs a junior member of our team, you will support our finance operations for the EU and US regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with accounts payable tasks and liaising with external stakeholders
- Reconciling and processing payments for brokerage activities
- Supporting month-end close activities and internal reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Engaging with internal stakeholders across global teams
- Working in operational finance, including treasury functions
- Helping to review and maintain finance processes and policies
- Gaining exposure to tax processes and compliance
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Comprehensive, hands-on training led by experienced professionals
- Financial study support and mentorship as you work toward your ACA or ACCA qualification
- Early responsibility and the opportunity to shape your finance career from day one
- Exposure to a variety of finance functions within a successful, multinational business
- A collaborative, inclusive, and high-achieving team environment
- Recently completed or close to completing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Intention to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative
- Effective communicator, comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with financial systems is a plus; eagerness to learn new systems is essential
- Adaptable, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
