As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated, intellectually curious professionals with experience across risk, controls and governance, with a focus on digital assets and/or AI implementation and risk management to help clients solve complex challenges and deliver lasting results.
What you will be doing- Deliver risk and regulatory transformation programmes for financial services clients
- Design and enhance enterprise risk management, governance and control frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and controls reviews
- Support clients in embedding effective governance and risk management for AI and emerging technologies
- Advise on risk and control frameworks across digital asset use cases, including tokenisation, cryptoassets, stablecoins, custody and settlement
- Assess operating models, client journeys and control environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Interpret and implement evolving UK and global regulatory requirements
- Develop high-quality client deliverables and build trusted client relationships
- Experience in risk management, compliance, audit, operational risk or consulting within financial services
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, governance and controls
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering regulatory change or risk transformation programmes
- Understanding of Digital Assets, blockchain technologies, tokenisation or cryptoasset ecosystems
- Experience or interest in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk Management or technology-enabled risk transformation
- Familiarity with financial services regulations, including digital asset regulation and supervisory frameworks (e.g. UK FSMA and FCA guidance, MiCA, HKMA virtual asset guidance)
- Consulting or Big Four experience is advantageous
