Interns will work alongside consultants and specialists on real client projects, gaining experience building production machine learning solutions and applying AI, data, cloud, and managed solutions across industries. Applicants must be in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating in 2028, and have permanent UK work authorization.

Leads Baringa’s global reward strategy across compensation, benefits, payroll, and mobility. Advises senior leaders, manages reward investment and governance, supports international growth and M&A, and drives transformation through simplified processes, improved controls, technology, automation, and AI. The role leads a geographically dispersed team of 14 and ensures reward practices remain competitive, scalable, compliant, commercially sustainable, and aligned with business performance.

Serves as the principal HR Business Partner for consulting sectors, owning workforce planning, talent, succession, performance, employee relations, engagement, reward, and people insights. Develops sector-specific people plans, advises Partners and senior leaders, supports organizational change, and uses data to guide decisions. Manages an HR Advisor and supports international colleagues across differing cultures and employment requirements. Requires strong employee relations, employment law, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and change management capabilities.

Advise telecommunications, media, and technology organizations on strategy, transformation, digital products, AI and automation adoption, operating models, customer experience, business model evolution, and M&A. Consultants will deliver end-to-end change, translate data and technology insights into recommendations, support commercial growth and monetization, and work with clients across platforms, content, data centers, hyperscalers, and digital infrastructure.

Drive commercial transformation within Legal and broader Business Enablement teams through process improvement, automation, AI prototyping, and CLM platform roadmap delivery. Responsibilities include mapping and simplifying workflows, managing platform configuration and adoption, delivering technology projects, coordinating change, preparing executive reporting, supporting budgeting, and partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to implement measurable improvements.

Candidates need insurance industry expertise and deep specialization in either Data, Digital and AI transformation or Business Architecture and Transformation.

Leads strategy advisory and commercial transaction engagements in bioenergy, including investment strategy, market entry, due diligence, commercial structuring, and regulatory reviews. Develops Baringa’s bioenergy offering, manages client relationships, supports business development, coaches junior colleagues, and oversees high-quality project delivery, financial management, and commercial outcomes.

Leads strategic B2B marketing for public sector and government clients, partnering with sector leaders to deliver campaigns, events, messaging, thought leadership, and market positioning. Manages marketing teams and budgets, strengthens client and internal relationships, and drives measurable commercial impact, engagement, win rates, and revenue growth through multichannel marketing.

Leads digital transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. The role gathers and translates business requirements, improves processes through automation and AI, coordinates stakeholders and technical teams, manages technology demand intake and prioritization, and supports portfolio governance, capacity planning, benefits tracking, and reporting using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.

Provides senior HR advisory, employee relations, case management, partner lifecycle support, policy updates, process improvement, promotions and review coordination, people data analysis, and special project leadership. The role advises senior stakeholders on sensitive matters, employment legislation, absence and wellbeing, investigations, grievances, partner transitions, and HR processes within a global partnership model.

Leads and grows Baringa’s Economic Crime consulting capability. Responsibilities include advising senior financial services clients, originating consulting opportunities, leading complex AML and financial crime transformation programs, assessing control frameworks, designing remediation roadmaps, enabling technology transformation across KYC, screening, monitoring and investigations, developing market propositions, and coaching multidisciplinary teams. The role also contributes to practice strategy, commercial performance, thought leadership and executive client relationships.

Lead financial services governance, risk, and compliance consulting engagements for banking and insurance clients. Advise boards and senior executives, design enterprise risk frameworks and operating models, lead transformation programs, originate and grow client accounts, develop emerging AI and digital asset risk capabilities, and mentor consulting teams. The role also contributes to practice strategy, propositions, thought leadership, and future Partner progression.

Lead CFO advisory engagements focused on finance and treasury transformation. Identify efficiencies across operating models, technology, data, ERP, people, and change; enable business insights, integrated planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling; and support sustainability, regulatory, investor relations, and financing priorities. Manage client-facing projects across the full lifecycle, build senior relationships, provide expert perspectives, and deliver finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Lead complex transformation programs for general insurance clients, overseeing business and technology change across claims, underwriting, pricing, distribution, and operations. Responsibilities include managing client stakeholders and delivery teams, designing operating models, implementing platforms, supporting business development and account growth, developing consulting propositions, coaching employees, and contributing to thought leadership. Strong general insurance expertise, transformation leadership, technology-enabled change experience, senior stakeholder management, and sales or practice development experience are required.

Leads end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI platforms and data transformation programs. Responsibilities include solution design, delivery governance, technical risk management, team leadership, client advisory, architecture workshops, business development, bid support, and practice growth. Designs cloud, data, AI, orchestration, agentic, evaluation, guardrail, observability, and responsible-AI solutions for production-scale deployments.

Provides economic crime consulting services, including regulatory benchmarking, risk assessments, target operating model design, control implementation, technology optimization, data quality and integration, and change program delivery. The role supports KYC, transaction monitoring, customer and payment screening initiatives while translating regulatory requirements into business, process, data, and system changes. It also contributes to client relationships and the growth of the firm’s economic crime consulting capability.

Deliver risk and regulatory transformation programs for financial services clients. Design governance, enterprise risk, and control frameworks; conduct risk assessments and controls reviews; advise on AI governance and digital asset risks; interpret evolving regulations; assess operating models and client journeys; create client deliverables; and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Lead end-to-end AI and technology consulting engagements, from opportunity shaping and client advisory through delivery governance and team leadership. Design and deliver production-grade AI/ML, LLM, software, and cloud solutions, including agentic systems, MLOps, monitoring, cloud architecture, APIs, front-end applications, testing, security, and CI/CD. Apply deep technical expertise while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and supporting practice growth.

Deliver technology transformation consulting for insurers and distributors across general insurance, London Markets, and life and pensions. Responsibilities include replacing legacy platforms, defining data strategies, designing digital customer experiences, leading Scrum workstreams, gathering and prioritizing requirements, developing business cases, managing stakeholders, and supporting Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery across complex multi-vendor environments.

Advise CFOs on finance and treasury transformation, operating model design, ERP and EPM strategy, data-driven planning, forecasting, process automation, sustainability, investor relations, and regulatory disclosures. Consultants will manage project lifecycles, develop client-focused recommendations, build relationships, and deliver results across finance transformation initiatives.
