Manage consulting engagements for energy network clients across capital delivery, asset management, operating model improvement, field operations, and digital transformation. Shape improvements across people, processes, technology, governance, and performance management. Help clients deploy pragmatic data and AI solutions, mobilize delivery, land operational change, and develop proposals and client relationships. The role requires utilities or asset-intensive industry experience and involves travel to client sites, typically one to two days per week.

Eight-week paid summer internship supporting Baringa’s Products & Services consulting teams across technology, life sciences, consumer products and retail, and industrial manufacturing. Interns gain hands-on experience on client projects, work alongside consultants, develop consulting skills, and contribute to transformation initiatives involving strategy, operations, data, AI, and digital innovation. High-performing interns may be considered for a permanent Analyst role after graduation.

Leads end-to-end AI and technology consulting engagements, including client advisory, delivery governance, technical architecture, business development, bids, and team leadership. Designs and oversees production-grade AI/ML, cloud, and software engineering solutions, guiding systems from prototype to scalable deployment. Manages risks, resources, technical standards, client relationships, and practice growth while providing expert guidance in agentic AI, machine learning engineering, or software engineering.
