Eight-week paid summer internship with Baringa’s Solutions & AI Lab. Interns will work alongside consultants and specialists on real client projects, gaining experience building production machine learning solutions and applying AI, data, cloud, and managed solutions across industries. Applicants must be in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating in 2028, and have permanent UK work authorization.

Leads Baringa’s global reward strategy across compensation, benefits, payroll, and mobility. Advises senior leaders, manages reward investment and governance, supports international growth and M&A, and drives transformation through simplified processes, improved controls, technology, automation, and AI. The role leads a geographically dispersed team of 14 and ensures reward practices remain competitive, scalable, compliant, commercially sustainable, and aligned with business performance.

Serves as the principal HR Business Partner for consulting sectors, owning workforce planning, talent, succession, performance, employee relations, engagement, reward, and people insights. Develops sector-specific people plans, advises Partners and senior leaders, supports organizational change, and uses data to guide decisions. Manages an HR Advisor and supports international colleagues across differing cultures and employment requirements. Requires strong employee relations, employment law, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and change management capabilities.
