About the team and the role:

At eBay, we’re changing the way the world shops and sells. eBay Motors is a multi-billion dollar global portfolio spanning Parts & Accessories (P&A), Business & Industrial, Vehicles, and WHI. These categories are central to eBay’s strategic growth and continue to evolve through innovation across the marketplace.

The Recycled Parts & Accessories sector is a key growth area within the P&A organization. Eladene, a recently acquired inventory management and listing platform built specifically for dismantling yards, helps sellers efficiently list recycled parts' inventory to eBay at scale. The platform plays a meaningful role in accelerating growth within the recycled P&A category and supporting sellers to scale their businesses on eBay.

The Go-To-Market Specialist will report to the Director of Eladene and work closely with the Head of Recycled P&A UK, as well as cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and the broader Global P&A organization. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role dedicated to driving adoption, engagement, and growth of the Eladene platform across the UK dismantling yard market. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end GTM execution, from pipeline development and partner acquisition through onboarding, activation, and long-term partner success.

What you will accomplish:
  • Drive the end-to-end go-to-market execution for Eladene in the UK, building and growing a pipeline of dismantling yard partners from initial outreach through onboarding and long-term adoption.

  • Identify and remove operational, commercial, product, or support barriers that impact growth, helping scale the Eladene platform and improve partner outcomes.

  • Build positive relationships with dismantling yard partners, acting as the primary point of contact to support onboarding, feature adoption, and ongoing business growth.

  • Deliver consultative sales engagements tailored to different customer needs, demonstrating how Eladene improves operational efficiency, listing quality, and sales performance.

  • Partner with Product teams to gather and synthesize customer feedback, translating market insights into recommendations that advise future platform development.

  • Collaborate closely with Global P&A and UK P&A teams to align GTM activities with broader category growth strategies and business priorities.

  • Monitor and communicate key adoption, sales, and engagement metrics to leadership, using data and customer insights to refine GTM approaches and improve impact.

What you will bring:
  • Significant experience in B2B go-to-market, sales, or business development roles, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, or software solutions serving SMEs.

  • Shown success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building pipelines that deliver measurable business growth.

  • Strong partner and program management capabilities, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

  • Ability to use performance data and customer insights to prioritize opportunities, measure impact, and inform decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver customer-focused presentations and consultative sales conversations.

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments where processes and playbooks are still being established.

  • Interest in the digital automotive or parts sector; direct automotive or recycled parts industry experience is beneficial but not required.
