Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Go-To-Market Manager to support our Intellectual Property portfolio! The Go-to-Market (GtM) Manager coordinates product launch and strategic program activities, ensuring success of cross-functional commercial activities by driving internal readiness, external readiness, and on-time delivery across marketing, product management, sales, commercial policy, customer care and more. 

As a member of the Product Marketing Team, the GtM Launch manager supports the execution of short- and long-term GtM activities related to the product roadmap and the commercial programs calendar – with customer retention, new customer acquisition, revenue growth and market leadership in mind.

About You – experience, education, skills and accomplishments…

  • BA / BS or equivalent degree, ideally in a business or technical field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, launch manager or equivalent
  • Experience in working with business, product, marketing and technology teams
  • Knowledge of B2B software or services highly desirable; workflow, analysis, and visualization market experience an added plus

  • Go-To-Market experience in B2B markets, including software, data or services
  • Strong project management skills, preferably in a matrixed environment
  • Self-motivation and passion in owning, running with and completing multiple projects
  • Big picture thinking, detail orientation and process-driven approach to projects
  • Attentive to detail and committed to quality
  • Pragmatic, analytical, good at prioritization and trade-offs

What will you be doing in this role?...

  • Coordinate and execute successful launches across the Intellectual Property product and services portfolio.
  • Build comprehensive readiness requirements by working across key functional areas including Product Management, Marketing and Sales to support GtM activities for products and services.
  • Develop GTM project briefs to define project objectives, scope, approach, KPIs and cross-functional team members.
  • Report progress and status of product launches, identify and elevate areas of potential risk to management.
  • Support the GTM launch framework for product releases in an Agile development environment.
  • Manage ongoing timelines for these cross-functional projects to ensure activities and tasks supporting product releases are successful and on-time.

The Clarivate product marketing team partners closely with product, sales, and marketing to advance the category strategy and key go-to-market initiatives. Together, we help our customers make faster, more informed decisions for building, protecting and commercializing innovation. As part of the broader marketing organization, we collaborate closely with industry, demand, and field marketing colleagues to deliver compelling narratives that support solution selling.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time permanent position based in Belgrade, Serbia. #LI-Hybrid (3 days in the office every other week).

This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
