What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across multiple markets and business functions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our workforce, enhancing the candidate experience, and partnering with leaders to deliver impactful hiring solutions.
As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles and markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. You'll act as a trusted recruitment advisor, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates while supporting business growth through high-quality hiring. You'll also help strengthen our employer brand, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and leverage Workday to maximize recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries and organizational levels.

  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and attract top talent.

  • Supporting employer branding activities and representing Avon at recruitment events.

  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies and external partners when needed.

  • Working with People teams across different regions to ensure aligned and compliant hiring practices.

  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and activity tracking within Workday.

  • Monitoring hiring metrics and providing insights to support recruitment decisions.

  • Championing inclusive hiring practices and diversity initiatives.

  • Contributing to talent-related projects, training, and employee engagement initiatives as required.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, levels, or geographies.

  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence recruitment decisions.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday or a similar platform.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and fair hiring practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
