Manage sales growth across an assigned Avon territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Sales Leaders and Representatives. Build relationships, deliver local events and training, deploy campaigns and incentives, monitor performance data, and execute action plans to achieve KPIs. Expand Avon’s presence in new territories, support retention and engagement, and provide guidance in a fast-paced, field-based environment requiring extensive travel.

Produce production-ready AI-generated visuals and video for beauty and fashion campaigns, including packaging, product imagery and retail assets. Develop and refine prompts, collaborate with design and packaging teams, maintain prompt libraries and workflows, and ensure outputs meet brand, print and production standards.

Own end-to-end payroll delivery for a portfolio of countries; manage vendor relationships; validate payroll data and controls; support employees on pay, tax, and benefits inquiries; and drive payroll process improvement, automation, and standardisation.

Lead Avon International's global tax function across multiple regions. Develop and implement tax strategy, manage compliance, transfer pricing, audits, cash tax forecasting, and Pillar Two impact. Advise senior leadership on transactions, mitigate tax risk, manage tax authority relationships, and build a high-performing tax team.
