Lead Avon International's global tax function across multiple regions. Develop and implement tax strategy, manage compliance, transfer pricing, audits, cash tax forecasting, and Pillar Two impact. Advise senior leadership on transactions, mitigate tax risk, manage tax authority relationships, and build a high-performing tax team.

Own Avon's global Shopify ecosystem across B2C and B2B channels. Manage theme architecture, platform configuration, applications, integrations, market launches, technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization across multiple international markets. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support critical trading periods, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
