Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries, functions, and organizational levels. Build talent pipelines, source and assess candidates, partner with hiring managers, support employer branding and recruitment events, and coordinate with agencies and regional People teams. Maintain recruitment data in Workday, monitor hiring metrics, promote inclusive hiring practices, and contribute to talent projects, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage sales growth across an assigned Avon territory by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Sales Leaders and Representatives. Build relationships, deliver local events and training, deploy campaigns and incentives, monitor performance data, and execute action plans to achieve KPIs. Expand Avon’s presence in new territories, support retention and engagement, and provide guidance in a fast-paced, field-based environment requiring extensive travel.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Avons Contract Manufacturing business. Manage prospecting, contract negotiation, onboarding, cross-functional coordination, production ramp-up, and performance monitoring to deliver sustainable volume and margin targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
