Job Description SummaryJoin us as the Global Supply Chain Finance Lead – CapEx & VCP, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational success of our Contrast Media and Molecular Imaging divisions within Pharmaceutical Diagnostics. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, global team of operational and financial leaders, driving impactful initiatives across CapEx and Variable Cost Productivity. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Operational Finance Leader, you'll be a key business partner to manufacturing and productivity teams, contributing to growth, profitability, and strategic execution. Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Ownership for developing & partnering with sites for relevant monthly PDx Capex forecast submissions, Long Term Strategy (LTS), Operating Plan and quarterly HealthCare HQ Capex reviews.

  • Business partnering with site Engineering & Finance Leads on tracking weekly Capex spend progress to ensure Operating Plan execution.

  • Business partner with site Engineering Leaders on strategic business cases for project spend of ~$0.5M in preparation for monthly Investment Committee Meetings with ISC SLT.

  • Become the GEARS system support/key user for PDx.

  • Work with Controllership & site teams in developing project spend governance process.

  • As one of the “Big Rocks” for GE HealthCare in 2025, support the PDx Operations Productivity Leader & Supply Chain Operational Finance Leader in triangulating productivity project savings to the P&L.

  • Ownership of PDx VCP Dashboard and ensuring project funnels are live, highlighting the latest productivity savings across the global sites/functions.

  • Take the Finance lead in monthly productivity reviews for the smaller sites within the supply chain.

  • E&T Organization P&L owner.

  • Business partner with E&T Executive & Ops leaders (incl. Global Product Management, Capacity, Maintenance & Automation leaders) to prepare monthly forecasts, Long Term Strategy (LTS) and Operating Plan to achieve strategic business priorities.

  • Provide insight to the E&T Ops leaders on actual performance in relation to spend & headcount performance versus Operating Plan.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s (BSc) degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; or Graduate of GEHC's Financial Management Program (FMP), Experienced Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) or Corporate Audit Staff (CAS); or graduate of other external financial leadership programs.

  • Financial work experience including developing forecasts & operating plans, tracking actual performance and leading business / finance reviews.

Desired Skills
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternative solutions and drive positive change to business performance.

  • Clear thinking / problem-solving: successfully led cross-functional projects within operations/finance functions involving process improvement projects; able to learn quickly & suggest new ideas to remove waste and streamline processes.

  • Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly articulate complex financial information in a concise and easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.

  • Solid IT / PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e. SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion) and strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation to provide strong analysis (i.e. pivot tables & functions such as Index Match, XLookup etc).

  • Fluency in English.

  • Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions and management levels; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with ISC leaders to achieve business objectives while driving controllership/GEHC Values.

  • Experience working in global business & matrixed environment with sound understanding of global processes and transactional flows.

  • Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations. Also, open to share workload and help teammates during busy periods or annual leave.

  • Integrity: Always acting with integrity; accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.

  • Understanding of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP.

  • Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
