  • Hands-On Experience of managing active, high-volume social channels for a major consumer brand (FMCG/CPG) or at a top-tier digital/social 1st creative agency.
  • Deep, expert-level understanding of modern social platforms (TikTok, META, Pinterest) and hands-on experience with enterprise suites (specifically Sprinklr and FIT testing).
  • Proven track record of running community management pipelines, executing real-time brand commentary, and driving organic engagement.
  • Excellent organization skills to manage agency deliverable schedules, content calendars, influencer/creator vetting, and cross-functional asset approval pipelines.
  • Ability to pull clean, accurate data, recognize performance trends, and translate metrics into clear, visual reporting dashboards.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Social Strategy Deployment & Hub Operations

  • Help shape and deliver a best-in-class social strategy, transforming how our brands engage with consumers across social platforms.
  • Operationalise the global social strategy into scalable, practical playbooks, toolkits, and ways of working for global and regional teams.
  • Launch and scale our Social Hub model across brands and regions, embedding consistent social operating processes and standards.
  • Support Regional leads, with reactive content requirements, efficiently and effectively.

Social Activation & Campaign Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, day-to-day agency management, in-flight optimization, publishing schedules, and multi-market content calendars.
  • Drive influencer and creator campaign governance while building active, highly engaged, and responsive online communities.

Governance, Risk & Brand Stewardship

  • Guard global social governance, ensuring adherence to brand strategy, tone of voice, responsible marketing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Consumer Care, and Corporate Affairs to manage compliance and brand escalation protocols across markets.
  • Lead agency content social reviews, i.e.  “Walk the wall”, Annual Planning, North Star workshops, Brand Day.

  • Lead social reporting dashboards, benchmarks, and optimization cycles to translate engagement data into actionable creative recommendations.
  • Manage social agency partnerships daily, support JBP relationships with social platform partners, and share emerging trends and innovations.

  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
