Global Sales Excellence Director, Digital 

We are looking for a Global Sales Excellence leader to drive our ICA growth. As a key member of the global Revenue Operations & Business Performance team, you will be responsible to lead our effort to elevate sales enablement for the global Digital team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to build and drive global sales enablement strategies, methodologies, processes, systems, and infrastructure that increase the productivity of our global Sales organization. Partnering with GTM leadership and other cross-functional partners, this leader will be charged with developing the strategy, technology and tactics to help our sales organization achieve specific outcomes and competencies through Salesforce excellence and a continuous learning framework. You will focus on building role-based enablement for Sales through the use of technology, program management, curriculum design and training.

This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Stratford, London office on a hybrid basis (2 days/week in office, 3 days from home).

Your role in our future

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and curriculum, aligned with the company's goals, go-to-market strategy, and sales objectives, from recruitment to onboarding to development,

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs. Adjust strategies and programs based on performance data, feedback, and evolving business needs.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales enablement initiatives and their impact on sales performance,

  • Identify, design, and deliver training programs, including MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN Selling, and others as needed.

  • On an ad hoc basis, mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture,

  • Manage the global Digital Sales Enablement platform,

  • Partner with internal teams including product, product marketing, HR, marketing, finance, etc. and external vendors to curate the best educational content, tools, and methods for delivering training,

  • In partnership with sales leadership and sales operations teams ensure sales professionals have access to the necessary tools, collateral, and resources to improve sales execution,

Your profile

  • Experience supporting software sales organization,

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools for teams selling to SMB all the way to Enterprise customers,

  • Solid understanding of the tech/SaaS industry,

  • Knowledge and understanding of Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Customer Success roles and processes,

  • Solid functional understanding of salesforce.com CRM, as well other sales efficiency apps (Salesloft, Gong, Showpad, Klue, …)
