What You’ll Do
As our Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in empowering our Sales Engineering teams to excel in their roles and drive value for our customers. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Design and deliver impactful enablement programmes: Create tailored onboarding and learning experiences that empower Sales Engineers to deliver technical excellence at every stage of the sales process.
- Shape the onboarding journey: Own and continuously refine the onboarding programme for new Sales Engineers and internal transfers, ensuring they hit the ground running and deliver results.
- Drive results through data: Define success metrics and use data to measure adoption, effectiveness, and impact of enablement programmes, making adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Sales Engineering managers and global enablement counterparts, acting as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities and align enablement initiatives.
- Leverage cutting-edge tools: Use AI and instructional design methodologies to create scalable, innovative enablement content that drives individual and team success.
- Support global alignment: Work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure consistency in enablement content and initiatives while avoiding duplication.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about learning, collaboration, and driving impact. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: experience in technical sales engineering or consulting roles with a focus on team learning; or experience in enterprise software sales enablement, instructional design, or learning and development.
- Technical sales expertise: Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies, with experience supporting both individual contributors and front-line managers.
- Instructional design skills: Knowledge of instructional design principles and enablement programme development, with the ability to create impactful and scalable learning experiences.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including Sales Engineers, managers, and executives.
- Technical acumen and curiosity: A natural problem-solver who is eager to explore new solutions and tackle ambiguous challenges.
- Collaboration mindset: A team player who thrives on building strong relationships and working cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment with general supervision, demonstrating good judgment and resourcefulness.
- Education & certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications such as ATD-CPTD or active participation in professional enablement communities are a plus.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English is required.

The base salary range for this position is £56,000−£84.000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
