Global Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partner

The Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partner reports to the Senior Director of Field & Productivity Enablement and will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Global Enablement and Sales Engineering. Your mission is to empower our sales engineers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles while creating technical value for our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Empower our Sales Engineering teams, both individual contributors and leadership, by providing the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to excel in their roles.
  • Work closely with leadership, establishing yourself as a key member of their extended leadership team.
  • Define and execute a tailored enablement plan that aligns with their specific needs.
  • Deliver training, share best practices, and provide resources to enhance the effectiveness of Sales Engineers. This includes not only guidance for individual contributors but also strategies for leadership to improve team productivity.
  • Shape and continually refine the onboarding program for new Sales Engineers, ensuring that it meets the unique needs of the team. Offer support to those starting their journey in technical sales.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify opportunities for cross-functional enablement initiatives. This involves building relationships and aligning with leaders at various levels.
  • Manage and prioritize enablement requests based on their expected impact on the business. This requires both a strategic outlook and the ability to make informed decisions on resource allocation.
  • Partner with your global counterparts to create efficient and scalable enablement content. By working together, you can reduce duplication of effort and ensure the content's relevance to a broader audience.
  • Develop and manage enablement programs to equip our Sales Engineering teams, from individual contributors to leaders, with the necessary tools to meet and exceed their targets.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise software and technical sales enablement / technical sales engineering or technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies, relevant for both individual contributors and leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, essential for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from sales engineers to executives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, making strategic decisions and demonstrating resourcefulness.

The base salary range for this position is £56,000−£84.000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
