Job Title: Global Process Owner - O2C

Location: UK Homebased

Type: 18 month fixed term contract.

Start date: 1st October 2026

We are hiring for a Global Process Owner - O2C to join us for an 18th months fixed term contract. In this role you will act as the overall business lead for the Order-to-Cash workstream within Project Wyoming, BSI’s ERP business transformation programme.

You will provide senior leadership through the SAP S/4HANA transition, acting as interim Global Process Owner for O2C and owning the end-to-end business design, governance, readiness, deployment and adoption of the future-state process.

This role is accountable for ensuring that O2C processes are standardised, simplified, controlled and scalable across BSI, with clear ownership of process decisions, policy implications, controls, data, reporting and adoption.

This is a hands-on transformation leadership role requiring strong O2C process expertise, credible GPO experience and proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Experience of working within a professional services environment and the SAP PSA module is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, acting as the accountable business lead throughout delivery.
  • Own the design and governance of end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring global standardisation, robust controls and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the interim Global Process Owner for O2C, driving strategic process decisions and ensuring alignment across regions, divisions and functions.
  • Partner with business, technology and transformation teams to deliver seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, PSA, Salesforce and key finance processes.
  • Champion fit-to-standard principles, challenging requirements and promoting adoption of SAP best practices.
  • Lead O2C business readiness activities, including testing, training, process documentation, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
  • Define and drive O2C performance metrics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, cash collection and customer experience.
  • Build and lead a global network of stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring successful deployment and transition to a sustainable post-go-live governance model.

To be successful in the role, you will have

  • Significant senior experience leading Order-to-Cash transformation in a complex, multi-country organisation.
  • Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including hands-on involvement in process design, fit-to-standard, testing, deployment and hypercare.
  • Demonstrable experience acting as a GPO, Process Owner, Process Architect or senior process transformation lead for O2C.
  • Deep understanding of billing, accounts receivable, cash application, credit, collections, disputes and working capital.
  • Experience leading global process standardisation and challenging local variation.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators and technology teams to translate business requirements into practical system-enabled processes.
  • Strong programme leadership and delivery discipline.
