The role advises internal teams and customers, represents BSI in international technical forums, establishes competency criteria, supports regulatory programs, identifies process improvements, and shapes the AI and machine learning business strategy. It requires expertise in global AI regulations, quality management, legislation, technical product areas, stakeholder influence, and people leadership.

Configure, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize the global Workday platform. Responsibilities include managing Workday modules, resolving incidents, delivering governed configuration changes, testing biannual releases, monitoring data quality and security, improving processes, and partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. The role requires hands-on expertise with Workday business processes, calculated fields, EIBs, reports, condition rules, data structures, integrations, release assessment, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.

The Product Certification Auditor will conduct audits for antimicrobial resistance, prepare reports, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proactively generate and qualify leads, engage prospects via phone and email, book meetings/demos, maintain pipeline and Salesforce records, hit sales KPIs, upsell BSI Knowledge solutions, collaborate with Business Development Managers, and attend occasional events to build relationships.

Lead the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream for an SAP S/4HANA transformation, owning end-to-end process design, governance, deployment, readiness and adoption. Drive fit-to-standard principles, integrate with PSA and Salesforce, manage global stakeholders and SMEs, define O2C metrics, and support testing, training, cutover and post-go-live hypercare to ensure standardised, controlled and scalable processes.

Handle billing and invoice production for the French office, manage client queries and credit notes, log and route issues, issue pro rata and annual AMF invoices, collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs, and ensure accurate revenue and debtor records through careful, timely billing processes.

Conduct compliance audits for Qualified Trust Service Providers under the eIDAS Regulation, producing detailed reports and addressing compliance challenges.

Sell BSI's AI regulatory services to new and existing clients across sectors. Build pipeline, manage accounts, deliver presentations, forecast sales, and grow market share through consultative selling.

Lead development of enterprise commercial intelligence: build data models (pipeline, forecasting, segmentation), deploy AI/ML for forecasting and churn, create dashboards, establish data governance, partner with senior leaders to drive insight-led decisions and adoption across global teams.

The AI Business Development Manager will engage with clients, identify sales opportunities, manage client relationships, and convey complex AI standards and services effectively.
