Lead day-to-day and strategic lab operations under ISO 17025, driving quality, compliance, financial performance, people development, process improvements, and stakeholder relationships to support commercial growth and operational excellence.

Manage complex engineering projects from requirements capture through design, construction, validation, and handover. Oversee test equipment and facility improvement projects, coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality, safety, and budget requirements. The Mechanical Test Engineer will conduct mechanical testing, liaise with clients, maintain records, and ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Lead change management for Labs Digitalisation (LIMS/LabVantage) and RED Labs programmes. Deliver stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, training, communications, readiness tracking, and on-site adoption support across lab, quality, and technical teams.

As an Associate Auditor, you will conduct audits for clients, assessing compliance with national and international standards, specifically in food packaging. You'll build client relationships and help improve their business performance through audits.

Sells internal and supplier audit solutions to new clients while managing key accounts and building a strong sales pipeline. Identifies opportunities, develops tailored client solutions with internal specialists, maintains CRM records and forecasts, supports delivery coordination, monitors sales KPIs, and executes strategies to meet financial targets. The role requires business development experience, audit or testing, inspection and certification expertise, strong supply chain or internal audit knowledge, and travel to offices and client sites.

Drive growth for BSI Assurance Services across the UK and Ireland by winning strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts. Responsibilities include leading complex bids and tenders, managing the full sales lifecycle, building C-suite relationships, negotiating contracts, collaborating with legal and technical teams, and influencing regional sales strategy through market insights.

Provides administrative and project support across global regulatory services teams. Coordinates schedules, prioritizes projects, monitors milestones, manages stakeholder queries, and handles information and data using Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and internal systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, scheduling, planning, and data-management skills in a remote, international environment.

Lead development and execution of a Professional Development Strategy for AI Technical and AI Notified Body teams. Assess training needs from regulatory, standards, audit, and performance outputs; design learning pathways, onboarding, initial training and CPD; oversee competence data to identify gaps; coordinate with leadership to implement capability plans and support competence verification.

Owns a UK territory within system certification, developing new business and expanding existing accounts across aerospace, automotive, and sustainability sectors. Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, complex quotations, negotiations, cross-selling, upselling, and closing. Tracks sales activity and KPIs, maintains CRM records, communicates certification solutions, and stays current with industry standards. The role is home-based with travel to client sites.

Plans, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates a portfolio of EMEA regulatory services events, including conferences, trade shows, and company-owned events. Manages event plans, suppliers, speakers, venues, staffing, budgets, risks, timelines, and performance reporting while partnering with marketing, commercial teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders.

Manage global AI certification body, notified body, and assessment activities. Lead conformity assessment development, accreditation compliance, AI regulatory policy, procedures, and certification schemes under ISO standards, the EU AI Act, and other global requirements. Ensure high-quality technical assessment practices, advise on AI lifecycle and management-system assessments, manage personnel, and represent the organization in stakeholder forums and industry working groups.

Manage PPE CE certification schemes, coordinate testing and surveillance visits, liaise with clients and technical committees, ensure UKAS accreditation activities, develop test programs, and support departmental commercial and regulatory objectives.

Leads global AI regulatory, accreditation, and certification activities for BSI’s certification and notified bodies. Develops conformity assessment activities, policies, procedures, documentation, and certification schemes aligned with ISO standards, the EU AI Act, Medical Devices Regulation, and other global requirements. Ensures assessor expertise and rigor, provides technical input on AI lifecycle and management-system assessments, and represents BSI in industry forums and stakeholder groups.

Leads global AI quality, accreditation, and conformity assessment activities, including obtaining EU AI Notified Body designation, developing regulatory processes, and ensuring consistent certification practices. The role advises internal teams and customers, represents BSI in international technical forums, establishes competency criteria, supports regulatory programs, identifies process improvements, and shapes the AI and machine learning business strategy. It requires expertise in global AI regulations, quality management, legislation, technical product areas, stakeholder influence, and people leadership.

The Product Certification Auditor will conduct audits for antimicrobial resistance, prepare reports, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Handle billing and invoice production for the French office, manage client queries and credit notes, log and route issues, issue pro rata and annual AMF invoices, collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs, and ensure accurate revenue and debtor records through careful, timely billing processes.
