Lead day-to-day and strategic lab operations under ISO 17025, driving quality, compliance, financial performance, people development, process improvements, and stakeholder relationships to support commercial growth and operational excellence.

Manage complex engineering projects from requirements capture through design, construction, validation, and handover. Oversee test equipment and facility improvement projects, coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality, safety, and budget requirements. Maintain project documentation, including compliance, maintenance, calibration, and conformity records, while providing regular progress and performance reporting to the Programme Manager.

The Mechanical Test Engineer will conduct mechanical testing, liaise with clients, maintain records, and ensure quality and performance standards are met.
