We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Global Pricing Governance and Quoting Manager to support and strengthen our global quotation and pricing processes across Oximio’s service portfolio.
This role plays an important part in ensuring that our commercial proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations, operational capabilities, and business objectives.
Working closely with the Head of Quotation & Pricing, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders, you will support the development of client-focused proposals, maintain pricing standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our global commercial processes.
- Support the global quotation and pricing process across different regions and service lines.
- Coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Maintain and apply standard quotation templates, pricing models, and commercial approval processes.
- Support pricing governance to ensure alignment between commercial opportunities and operational execution.
- Partner with Business Development teams to create competitive and operationally realistic proposals.
- Coordinate inputs from Operations, Finance, Quality, and Project Management teams during quotation preparation.
- Support commercial decision-making through structured pricing information and market insights.
- Support the optimisation of quotation workflows, tools, and processes.
- Maintain pricing-related documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyse quotation performance, conversion rates, and market information to support future commercial strategies.
Requirements Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharma, or a related field.
- Commercial or pricing-related qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working with RFQs/RFPs and supporting commercial proposals is preferred.
- Experience within pharmaceutical services, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or an international service environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial understanding.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM platforms or pricing tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Fluent English knowledge.
