We're looking for a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join our Operations teams!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll, HR, compliance, operational, and business requirements.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Guide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless handover.
- Support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, implementing mitigation plans when needed.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, project delivery, and client outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.
- 3+ years of experience within payroll, global payroll, EOR, HR technology, or workforce management environments.
- Proven experience managing complex implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management solutions.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, ERP, or workforce management platforms.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, project execution, documentation, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-based applications.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations and global workforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
