 About Us

Dentsu is an integrated growth and transformation partner to the world's leading organizations. Founded in 1901 in Tokyo, Japan, and now present in over 145 countries and regions, it has a proven track record of nurturing and developing innovations, combining the talents of its global network of leadership brands to develop impactful and integrated growth solutions for clients. Dentsu delivers end-to-end experience transformation (EX) by integrating its services across Media, CXM and Creative, while its business transformation (BX) mindset pushes the boundaries of transformation and sustainable growth for brands, people and society.

The Global Partnerships and Solutions team coordinates dentsu's global Strategic Partner innovation (SPI) programme across partners, markets, clients and internal teams.

 Purpose of the Role

You'll support the day-to-day delivery of the global partnerships SPI programme, keeping projects and commitments moving across a growing portfolio of workstreams and solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Partnerships, you'll work with product, technology, commercial, finance, legal, marketing, communications and operational teams across dentsu, along with internal and external experts.

What you’ll do

  • Track milestones, actions, timelines, risks and dependencies across projects and partner workstreams; follow up on commitments and escalate delays or unresolved issues.
  • Coordinate statements of work and related commercial, financial and legal processes, including contracts, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, billing and revenue tracking.
  • Keep project, contractual, financial, governance and compliance records accurate and ready for programme management and partner reporting.
  • Support SPI leaders with diary management, meeting scheduling, agendas, briefing materials, travel arrangements, action tracking and follow-up.
  • Coordinate internal and partner meetings, making sure the right people, materials and logistics are in place and agreed actions are progressed.
  • Plan partner events, workshops and market roadshows, including stakeholder coordination, materials, travel and logistics.
  • Coordinate marketing, PR and internal communications, from leadership briefings and OpCo updates to newsletters, product opportunities and programme announcements.
  • Gather and summarise intelligence from markets, partners and internal teams, including competitor, media and technology trends; help coordinate training, case studies and adoption communications.
 Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in project coordination, programme or business operations, partnerships, communications or executive support, with a track record of coordinating several workstreams across functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills: you can maintain plans, milestones, actions and documentation while managing competing deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating senior diaries, meetings or events, including scheduling, briefing materials, logistics and follow-up.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare briefings, presentations or updates for senior leaders, partners and other stakeholders.
  • The judgement to handle confidential diaries, financial information, contracts and partner activity with discretion, and to progress work through stakeholders without direct authority.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach to gathering information from multiple sources, anticipating issues and following work through to completion.
  • Experience supporting invoicing, purchase orders, contracts or approval workflows would be helpful. Familiarity with media or advertising services and enterprise partners such as Google, Meta or Amazon would also be useful.

At Dentsu, we embrace diversity and inclusion, valuing the unique perspectives and contributions of every individual. We believe that diversity fuels creativity and innovation, benefiting our employees, partners, and communities.
