Job Description:

The Global Marketing Senior Manager supports the business by executing marketing strategies and managing projects to promote the portfolio of products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Strategic Insights, HEOR & Market Access, communications, and key affiliate team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Global Brand Marketing:

·       Assist in developing and executing the global brand strategy based on insights.

·       Implement global commercial/marketing activities such as core branded materials, omni-channel customer engagement strategies, and congress presence.

·       Support the development of communication plans across the product life cycle.

·       Monitor competitors and propose corrective actions where appropriate.

·       Consolidate competitive intelligence and customer insights.

 

Execution of Brand Strategy:

·       Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and understand local market dynamics.

·       Collaborate with partner agencies to drive core campaigns and materials.

·       Ensure local alignment with global brand strategy and initiatives.

·       Support affiliate teams with the rollout of global marketing plans and programs.

·       Identify key performance drivers with affiliates and align on priority scenarios.

·       Develop KPIs to measure the impact of global marketing activities.

·       Track the execution of KPIs to deliver the global brand strategy.

·       Ensure activities align with procurement processes and budget allocations.

·       Work with Business Insights to define KPIs and enhance commercial excellence.

 

Market Insights and Forecasting:

·       Support the development of the market research plan and act as the marketing point for identified projects.

·       Develop a deep understanding of the patient journey and identify leverage points and pain points.

·       Generate actionable insights reflecting the needs of key customer groups.

·       Consolidate and analyze insights from customers, markets, geographies, and competitors.

·       Monitor the product life cycle landscape for new insights.

·       Collaborate with decision support teams to develop forecasts and business performance reports.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·       Ensure strong cross-functional engagement and collaboration with the Global Brand Team.

Proactively engage affiliates and share best practices across the organization.

ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE :

Education / Certifications:

·       Master’s degree or above, ideally in life sciences or business studies.

Experience:

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry in a marketing role.

·       Experience with specialty care products in competitive markets; oncology experience is a plus.

·       Global marketing experience and in-country marketing experience in large markets (e.g., UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, China).

·       Proven track record of marketing across multiple stages of a product’s life cycle.

Languages:

·       Fluent English is compulsory.

·       Comply with company guidelines and industry standards on ethics and compliance.

Act as a role model for ethical behavior.
