Role Overview
We’re looking for a self-driven, commercially-minded Campaigns Manager to take the lead on Planet’s marketing campaigns across multiple business areas. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that support growth, strengthen our brand, and drive customer engagement.
You’ll act as the marketing owner for campaigns, responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel initiatives, creating compelling sales collateral, managing events, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and customer success stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and executional excellence. You will be supported by Planet’s central marketing functions – including digital, design, communications, and product marketing – but you will be the go-to person for driving impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the end-to-end campaign strategy, driving brand awareness, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and cross-sell opportunities for Planet’s solutions.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, webinars, and partner activations — leveraging partnerships to amplify reach and deliver joint value.
- Develop and maintain high-impact sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, customer testimonials, and product messaging — in close collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Coordinate Planet’s presence at key industry events and trade shows to maximize visibility, thought leadership, and qualified lead generation.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for internal teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring tight alignment and shared goals.
- Collaborate with central marketing teams (Digital, Content, Design, Comms) to ensure campaigns are fully supported and aligned with Planet’s broader brand and messaging.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, report on results, and continuously optimize strategies and tactics based on data, insights, and stakeholder feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while connecting marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes.
- A hands-on attitude and ability to work independently while collaborating within a larger team.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or payments.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns and working cross-functionally across product, sales, and customer success.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with senior leaders across multiple functions.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Experience using Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
This is a fixed-term contract with a duration of 1 year.
