  • Support regional teams in resolving logistics bottlenecks, supplier delivery issues, and cross-site material transfers.

  • Maintain global visibility of inbound shipments, inventory positioning, and material readiness.

  • Support SAP (S/4HANA) logistics and MRP-related activities, ensuring accurate data flow and system utilisation.

  • Coordinate logistics for prototype builds, engineering trials, and production ramp-up activities.

  • Provide hands-on support during urgent shipments, escalations, and time-critical logistics events.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the global logistics capability as Humanoid grows.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small but expanding team within the WILP pillar.

  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned to global standards.

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous-improvement culture.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for regional logistics.

  • Deputise for the Senior Manager – WILP when required.
