About the Role

ERM is seeking an experienced Global Learning Facilitator to deliver high‑quality virtual learning experiences across our global leadership and career development programs. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in leadership and career development and can confidently facilitate across any subject area, even when not the SME. They must be eager to understand ERM’s business and strategy and help learners apply concepts to real‑world contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate highly engaging, fully virtual learning sessions across ERM’s global programs.
• Guide learners through diverse content, including topics outside personal SME areas.
• Apply adult‑learning principles, questioning, and group‑management skills.
• Create psychologically safe, collaborative environments.
• Translate leadership and career concepts into ERM‑relevant applications.
• Use real‑world examples and analogies linked to ERM’s strategy and business.
• Refresh and update program materials for clarity and relevance.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Program Managers, and global partners.
• Manage Microsoft Teams confidently and troubleshoot issues live.
• Provide constructive feedback to reinforce learning.
• Work effectively across time zones with strong self‑management.

Required Qualifications

• ICF‑certified (or equivalent) coach, current accreditation required.
• 3+ years coaching experience (beyond certification hours).
• 5+ years facilitation experience, including 2+ years virtual.
• Expertise in leadership and career development.
• Extensive experience with adult learners.
• Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand ERM’s strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication, listening, observation, and feedback skills.
• Excellent time‑management and cross‑regional collaboration capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal facilitation certification (ATD, ICA, etc.).
• Consulting experience.
• Experience in learning program operations or administration.
• Experience creating or updating learning content.
