Playtech‘s IT department is looking for a proactive Global IT Support Specialist with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to join our London office and work on-site (homeoffice possible). 

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotely 
  • Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system 
  • Track and keep IT assets inventory up-to-date 
  • Be responsible for installation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting different devices 
  • Troubleshoot network issues 
  • Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Have 2+ years of experience in an IT support role 
  • Have good understanding of Windows based client environments, Active Directory, GPO's and SCCM (beneficial) 
  • Possess practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance 
  • Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP, Network elements and services, Wireless and VPN environments 
  • Are ready to contribute to documentation, KB, manuals and monitoring 
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills, out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quickly 
  • Are self-learner, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and willing to grow in the IT field, adopt knowledge and use it

  • Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and JAMF management 
  • Experience in Cloud Solutions (Office365, Azure)
