Job Title: Global IDS (Integrated Dermatology Strategy) Excellence Lead

Job description: The Global IDS Excellence Lead is a pivotal role for Galderma Global Product Strategy (GPS), that is aimed to make sure the IDS approach is well integrated and followed-through across globally sponsored International Congresses, key internal events and core business processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define, own, and lead proper execution of the IDS roadmap, key related initiatives and tactics;
  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) and coordinator of GPS Team for all GPS-sponsored International Congresses and Global Leaders Forum (GLF);
  • Act as a global end-to-end process owner (own, coordinate and operate) for key IDS end-to-end processes such as Annual Brand Planning (ABP) and Marketing Excellence (MEX), Global Strategic & Operational Forum (GSOF);
  • Own and manage GPS budget for IDS related projects/initiatives, GPS-led external congresses, ABP/MEX and GSOF processes, the GLF;
  • Ensure clear strategy is in place and is executed for every global event that Galderma has chosen to participate, coordinate development of such strategy with franchise heads, events and corporate communications team to ensure brand/franchise priorities are respected, arbitrate prioritization and budget when/where necessary;
  • Lead IDS Excellence team and manage all related IDS Excellence team activities to deliver on defined annual IDS Excellence priorities;
  • Ensure that Galderma fully leverages applicable technology and AI to deliver best-in-class customer experience within the IDS scope;
  • Coordinate internally and where/when necessary externally all activities related to the role scope;
  • Handle all related internal communication and change management activities related to the role scope;
  • Ensure alignment and project management for all matters related to the role scope;

Skills & qualification:

  • Higher education
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing, marketing management, marketing excellence, major programs/projects management at FMCG, CPG, Consumer Health or Pharma
  • Professional qualification in marketing, brand management, project management, change management
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive cross-functional experience required, confidence to work effectively across a global matrix enterprise and influence with authority
  • Strong team player
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other major European languages is a plus
