About the role
As Global Head of Quality System & Innovation, you will define and lead the transformation of our Quality Management ecosystem—ensuring excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating evolving business needs into effective, future-ready quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of global Quality Management strategies and programs
- Build and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and operating procedures
- Drive transformation initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance
- Define and monitor quality metrics and performance indicators
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric quality
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence and align on quality standards and practices
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of experienced leaders and professionals
- Oversee budget and resource planning for the quality function
- Strengthen collaboration with external partners and service providers
What You Bring
- 10–12+ years of experience in Quality Management, ideally in a global and regulated environment
- Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives
- Strong experience managing multi-layered teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve highly complex challenges
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field
