The Goal

As the Head of HR Operations you will play a pivotal leadership role being responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and HR technology.

This role ensures efficient and consistent HR processes across the organization, enhances the employee experience, and drives continuous process improvement. By leveraging HR technology and data management, you will provide valuable insights and support decision-making, while maintaining compliance with global and local regulations.

You will lead the global HR Operations and HRIS team, reporting to the SVP of People and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR operations with the company’s strategic goals.

The Player

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred

  • 10+ years of HR operations and systems experience in roles responsible for operational excellence, HRIS, and global HR practices

  • Proven track record of leading large, complex HR operations and systems

  • Experience working within a service delivery model, leveraging synergies to ensure HR efficiency

  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices with a global perspective and the ability to make decisions related to human capital on a global scale

  • Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions, especially integrations, including knowledge of how these situations affect HR and HR tech

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology throughout the HR function, with strong working knowledge of HCM systems. Capability with multiple HCM systems preferred.

  • Background in process improvement, with preference for expertise in Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other lean operations frameworks is preferable.
