About the role

Customer trade investment is one of the biggest P&L lines in Haleon Globally and so having effective and industry leading systems and processes in this area is crucial. The Customer Management pillar, within Global Commercial Excellence, is responsible for ensuring Haleon has best in class processes and systems for managing these customer plans and investments. The Global Customer Planning & Execution Manager works within this team, supporting the Global Customer Planning & Execution Director with the ongoing improvement and adoption of our existing processes and systems (SAP TSM and CBP), ensuring that they are continuingly improved, well designed and implemented in order to fully maximise the benefit Haleon Commercial and Finance teams can extract from them.

Over the next few years, Haleon will undergo significant enterprise transformation, replacing the existing SAP ERP solution with S4. Our existing customer planning and execution systems (SAP TSM and CBP) will be replaced and this role will work closely with the global business owners and experts in the Enterprise Transformation team to ensure the S4 modules can adequately replace our existing tools and successfully integrate with our next generation customer planning tool (Visaulfabriq) depending on the market archetype.

Role Responsibilities

  • Product Development. Partner with the Global Customer Planning & Execution Director on gathering, prioritising and documenting enhancement requests and process improvements. Maintain the ongoing enhancement backlog, create demand in Jira and raise ServiceNow requests. Run show and tells with the user community on new developments, gathering feedback which can be inputted back into the design of the solution.
  • Product Deployment. Communicate upcoming enhancements to the regional TSM Managers and prepare and send super user communications regarding releases of new functionality and major bug fixes.
  • Product Support & Adoption. Prepare and run monthly Communities of Practice meetings, to include enhancement roadmaps, sharing of best practice and general updates. Continuously improve super user engagement and build a community where global super users can benefit from sharing best practice and top tips.
  • Product Issue Resolution. Where required, work directly with the technical BAU teams to investigate and resolve ongoing issues affecting global end users.
  • Product Documentation. Support Global Customer Planning & Execution Director by maintaining global process documents (Business Process Solution Design and Global Operating Procedures) in accordance with project or tech delivery timelines.
  • Product Testing. Testing new features and enhancements to ensure they are working correctly before releasing to the business. Regression testing of existing functionality when required.
  • Enterprise Transformation & Change Management. Work closely with the Enterprise Transformation team on the design and build of the S4 modules which manage Customer Planning and Execution (discounts, rebates, accruals, claims). Understand and document the changes impacting the business.
