Global Client Services Manager – Headquarter Business

The Global Client Enablement Lead is accountable for the execution, enablement, and day‑to‑day delivery of IQVIA’s commercial offerings. The role ensures that agreed commercial strategies are consistently operationalised, delivered, and experienced by clients through effective coordination across global, regional, and local teams.

Responsibilities

 

Under some guidance, coordinates IQVIA sales, consulting, service, and business line activity to ensure that client needs are met by following an account plan to achieve IQVIA budget and client satisfaction targets.

 

Client Services:

 

  • Represents IQVIA to the client and the client to IQVIA in all commercial service and sales related activity in close coordination with the Global Key Account Director (GKAD) and the broader Account Team
  • Manages multiple headquartered pharma accounts, depending on size and complexity
  • Builds client relationships across the client organization, from Business Insiders to Senior Executives
  • Resolves service issues escalations in coordination with service teams
  • Ensures thorough service reviews and transaction surveys that service agreements, contract specifications, and product deliverables meet clients’ specifications, including timeliness and quality

Sales:

 

  • Leads and implements Headquarter initiated renewal contracts
  • Supports GKAD in developing a tactical and strategic understanding of the client’s business issues and recommends a compelling solution using appropriate IQVIA products and services
  • Coordinates business development and service activity with the GKAD, Sales, Consulting and Service Specialists to validate opportunities to achieve account plan, revenue and client satisfaction targets
  • Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business and win back opportunities, with primary focus on IQVIA Commercial offerings

 

Requirements
 

  • Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field
  • Relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience. 
  • Widespread knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, client account management and IQVIA information solutions/consulting services portfolio.

 

Skills

 

  • Background in Client Services, Sales or Consulting
  • Several years of experience in the support of demanding clients or in marketing / sales (B2B) of complex Solutions and Services where your consultative skills were essential
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science Industry together with IQVIA data analysis is ideal. A background as Business Analyst / Market Research combined with an experience with end-to-end sales process from another industry could also be a good fit.
  • Customer-focused with a sound analytical mindset and understanding with attention to details
  • Highly organized with experience in navigating in a complex matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed set objectives
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, additional data analysis tools are a plus
  • English fluency required, additional language preferred
