Lead the Future of Quality in Biopharma

Quality in biopharmaceuticals is evolving faster than ever.

Global regulatory change. AI and digital transformation. Sustainability. Supply chain complexity. Rising patient expectations.

The industry's quality leaders aren't just responding to change—they're shaping it.

At BioPhorum, you'll help make that happen.

As a Global Change Facilitator within our Quality Phorum, you'll bring together senior leaders from the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies to solve shared industry challenges, build consensus and create practical solutions that improve quality across the sector.

If you're passionate about collaboration, enjoy turning complex ideas into clear action, and thrive on influencing change without direct authority, this could be your next career move.

BioPhorum is a unique global collaboration community, bringing together over 150 life science organisations, including 18 of the world's 20 largest biopharma companies.

The Quality Phorum was launched in 2024 to ensure the strategic voice of Quality is heard across the industry. Guided by senior global quality leaders, our collaborative programmes help organisations:

  • Accelerate quality transformation
  • Reduce the total cost of quality through smarter, risk-based approaches
  • Leverage digital technologies and AI
  • Strengthen partnerships across the product lifecycle
  • Anticipate regulatory trends and improve inspection readiness
  • Build future-ready quality organisations equipped to lead innovation

As a Global Change Facilitator, you'll be at the centre of these conversations—helping experts benchmark best practice, challenge thinking and co-create industry guidance that delivers meaningful impact.

This is far more than project management.

You'll design and facilitate engaging workstreams where global subject matter experts collaborate to solve complex problems. You'll create environments where diverse perspectives become shared solutions, ensuring every discussion moves towards clear outcomes and measurable value.

Working closely with Quality leaders, you'll:

  • Facilitate collaborative workstreams from concept through to delivery
  • Guide members to develop publications, benchmarking studies, proof of concepts and industry guidance
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma
  • Lead impactful virtual and face-to-face meetings and international events
  • Translate complex technical discussions into practical, accessible outputs
  • Monitor engagement, identify emerging themes and keep workstreams progressing
  • Capture and communicate the value generated through collaboration

Every piece of work you facilitate has the potential to influence quality strategy across the global biopharmaceutical industry.

We're looking for someone who combines scientific understanding with exceptional facilitation skills—someone who enjoys asking great questions, drawing out ideas, creating alignment and helping groups achieve outcomes together.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs or consulting
  • Project or change management experience in complex, collaborative environments
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Confidence facilitating discussions with senior leaders and subject matter experts
  • A collaborative mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
  • Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving organisation

If you're excited by the opportunity to influence the future of quality across the global biopharmaceutical industry—and enjoy bringing people together to solve challenges that no single organisation can solve alone—we'd love to hear from you.

Join BioPhorum and help transform the future of quality through collaboration.
