Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £37,862.85 per annum, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, company van and fuel card provided, PPE and uniform provided.

Are you an experienced Glazier looking to join a leading housing services provider? We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to carry out glazing repairs and maintenance works across domestic properties in Hammersmith & Fulham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for replacing broken glass, repairing and maintaining UPVC and timber windows, and carrying out associated repair works. The successful candidate will take ownership of jobs from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role:

As a Glazier, you will undertake repair, refurbishment and maintenance works, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for completing work orders efficiently while maintaining compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.

  • Replacing broken glass
  • Repairing and maintaining UPVC and timber windows
  • Carrying out repairs to window handles and hinges
  • Undertaking construction, fault-finding and maintenance repairs to achieve first-time completion
  • Using handheld devices to manage worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence, stock control and other job-related activities
  • Maintaining company vehicles, equipment and assets in good condition
  • Collecting and managing materials in line with company procedures
  • Attending training sessions and meetings as required

Key Criteria:

  • Proven glazing experience
  • Experience working with UPVC windows and associated repairs
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Full UK driving licence essential

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
