Job Summary

Join our in-house talent team to lead top-of-funnel hiring for our Functional Consultant and Project Manager roles — the people who drive end-to-end implementations of our AI-powered ERP automation products for manufacturing and industrial enterprises. You'll own outbound sourcing, qualification, and screening for these business-critical hires, partnering closely with hiring managers across the business. This is a growth opportunity to build a specialised hiring engine for one of the most strategically important talent pools at BLP.

London or Germany, hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build high-calibre talent pipelines of Functional Consultants, Implementation Leads, and Project Managers for immediate and future hiring needs

  • Qualify and screen candidates at the top of the funnel — evaluating consulting experience, ERP/SaaS exposure, motivation, cultural alignment, and the core attributes that drive success in implementation roles (ownership, comfort with ambiguity, customer-first mindset)

  • Master modern sourcing and ATS tooling — primarily Ashby and Juicebox — to identify, engage, and convert candidates at scale

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends across the DACH and UK regions

  • Develop creative sourcing techniques and compelling outreach to candidates with P2P, O2C, ERP implementation, or technical consulting backgrounds

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate experiences

Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in outbound talent sourcing/recruitment in high-growth environments

  • Data-driven approach using metrics to improve effectiveness

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have
  • German language skills (preferred, not essential)

  • Experience hiring for Functional Consultant, Implementation, or technical PM roles

  • A track record of cracking hard-to-fill searches — creative angles into small or niche talent pools, building pipelines in markets where the obvious sources run dry

  • Familiarity with the ERP or enterprise SaaS landscape, or P2P/O2C process flows

  • Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, or comparable tooling

  • Experience building outbound recruitment programmes

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience
