Fulfilment Executive | 📍Tamworth – On-site | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Executive to join our busy Fulfilment team in Tamworth. This role is all about making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time — helping deliver great experiences while keeping our operation safe, organised, and efficient.

You’ll play a hands-on role in day-to-day warehouse operations, working to clear targets and supporting smooth delivery, especially during peak periods. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in accuracy, and like being part of a reliable team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Picking, scanning, packing, and dispatching orders accurately using our Production Platform and handheld scanners
  • Checking items against pick lists and completing quality checks to ensure the right product reaches the right customer
  • Selecting appropriate packaging and preparing parcels safely for transit
  • Applying shipping labels and completing dispatch documentation where required
  • Supporting B2B and third-party order processing when needed
  • Processing returns, replacements, and urgent customer requests in line with agreed processes
  • Carrying out basic stock tasks such as stock checks, transfers, replenishment, and keeping stock areas organised
  • Working with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve issues like missing or damaged items
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area using 5S and housekeeping standards
  • Reporting hazards, defects, and near-misses promptly
  • Providing basic daily dispatch counts or totals when requested

About You

  • You have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting things right, even when working at pace
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment with daily targets
  • You’re confident using basic admin tools like Excel or Google Sheets and following clear processes
  • You’re a reliable team player with clear communication skills
  • You take a proactive, solutions-focused approach and raise issues early
  • You’re physically able to lift and carry items up to 15kg and work on your feet for periods of time

Nice to have, but not essential:

  • Previous fulfilment, warehouse, or dispatch experience
  • Experience using scanners, packing standards, or working with carriers
  • FLT or VNA experience (training can be provided depending on operational need)
