Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and French-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a globally recognized sales acceleration business.

You'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting for B2B SaaS and technology clients. Working within a structured sales environment, you'll leverage proven methodologies, world-class training, and Salesforce CRM to build pipeline and consistently exceed performance targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys speaking with decision-makers, and wants clear progression into senior sales and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct approximately 50+ outbound cold calls per day to generate new business opportunities
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and engage key decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects through effective discovery conversations
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, targeting 10 qualified outbound opportunities per month
  • Accurately manage leads, activities, and pipeline within Salesforce CRM
  • Follow established sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and best practices
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual activity and pipeline KPIs

Requirements
  • Fluent French speaker with native or near-native proficiency
  • Must have proven experience selling into the French market
  • 2-5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative
  • Previous experience selling B2B SaaS, software, technology, or IT solutions
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience meeting or exceeding appointment-setting or pipeline generation targets
  • Strong objection handling, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Comfortable working UK/GMT business hours
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience within an outsourced SDR or sales agency environment
  • Experience selling into the French SaaS or technology market
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales engagement platforms
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Exposure to industries such as FinTech, HealthTech, HR Tech, Cybersecurity, or Manufacturing
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota or earning performance incentives
