THE·TEAM is seeking an Account Director to join our Influencer department. We're looking for an experienced creator marketing leader who understands the evolving social landscape, has a passion for influencer marketing and sport, and can build long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of Global and EMEA accounts, providing strategic direction across creator marketing programmes while overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns. They will be responsible for developing senior client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, mentoring and developing team members, and ensuring campaigns deliver against business objectives, timelines and budgets.
Working closely with internal specialists across strategy, creative, production, paid media and account teams, the Account Director will champion best-in-class creator marketing and help shape the future direction of our Social & Influencer offering.
THE·TEAM is made up of people who genuinely care about doing great work. We are a longstanding leader in the influencer and content space, delivering award-winning global campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands. We pride ourselves on solving business challenges through culture, creativity and creator-led storytelling that drives measurable impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who thrives on building client partnerships, developing high-performing teams and delivering commercially successful campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, is proactive in identifying opportunities, and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of creator marketing.
Whilst not essential, an interest and understanding of sport—particularly football—and experience activating sports partnerships through creators would be highly advantageous.
