We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Frameworks Lead to join DXC and be responsible for the strategic management and operational oversight of DXC’s participation in UK Government commercial frameworks

This role ensures DXC maximises the value of these frameworks—driving pipeline growth, governing opportunities, managing compliance, and enabling account teams to position DXC services effectively and competitively.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially astute, and experienced in government procurement processes, with strong cross‑functional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Framework Strategy & Governance

  • Own and manage DXC’s presence across all relevant Government frameworks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Cabinet Office/CCS and framework authorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with framework rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a complete and current library of services, rates, catalogue items, and framework documentation.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

  • Proactively manage the pipeline of opportunities emerging from Government frameworks.
  • Qualify leads, identify upcoming opportunities, and distribute to the relevant execution teams
  • Track, review and govern framework‑based bids to ensure compliance and alignment with DXC strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting for leadership.

Bid & Sales Support

  • Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architecture, Pricing, Legal and Delivery teams to support bids.
  • Oversee framework‑specific bid processes to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
  • Support development of catalogue items, pricing structures, and compliant bid responses.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with DXC sales teams, industry leads, and bid teams.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on framework requirements.
  • Represent DXC in framework reviews, audits, and meetings with government bodies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor framework changes, renewals, and upcoming Government procurements.
  • Recommend improvements to DXC’s framework strategy and internal processes.
  • Implement improvements that streamline processes and enhance compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven team building and management skills
  • Proven experience working with UK Government procurement frameworks
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement, commercial compliance, and tender governance.
  • Experience supporting bids, responses, or complex procurement activity.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous opportunities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to interpret framework terms, pricing structures, and commercial guidelines.
  • High attention to detail and strong process discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a UK national and eligible for UK Security Clearance.
    This is a mandatory condition of employment.
