Grow Your FP&A Career with Kraft Heinz!

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to play a high-impact role partnering with the CFO and Executive Team to shape financial strategy, challenge performance and drive business outcomes. With lead responsibilities over the Kraft Heinz business cycles and related reporting and submissions to the European reporting arm, this position will be required to effectively interact with multiple levels of leadership across the organization.

The Company

The Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with eight $1 billion+ brands and global sales of approximately $25 billion. Our brands are truly global, with products produced and marketed in over 40 countries. These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and continuously evolve the end-to-end planning cycle, shaping assumptions, challenging inputs and driving alignment with senior stakeholders.

  • Lead executive-level performance reviews, delivering clear insights, challenging outcomes and influencing strategic decisions at CEO/CFO level.

  • Maintain and enhance Kraft Heinz financial templates and management decks to ensure reliable, decision-useful information.

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of processes for the business cycle and financial reporting.

  • Manage Business Unit P&L and cash flow across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea (ANJ).

  • Develop and track team and enterprise performance metrics; identify opportunities and drive recommendations in partnership with stakeholders.

  • Lead the working capital and cash flow agenda for Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea.

  • Oversee fixed cost governance (ZBB), ensuring policy/budget adherence while partnering to capture efficiencies and challenge spend.

  • Own ANJ reporting infrastructure—optimize reports for accuracy and timeliness, build/maintain complex financial models, partner with IT and Planning/Insights to improve systems and data availability/structure.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team; support ad hoc analysis (profitability, long-range forecast, strategic plan) while complying with all Kraft Heinz EHS, Food Safety, Ethics, and HR policies.

About you:

  • Significant experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a complex, fast paced environment, with clear progression into senior stakeholder engagement.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders (CFO, GM, ELT level).

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, challenge and elevate team performance.

  • Experience working on transformation projects, demonstrated competency in improving efficiency.

  • FMCG or big retail industry experience essential.

  • Understanding of Integrated Business Planning and reporting desired.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

  • Advanced presentation skills; able to synthesise and communicate effectively with all levels of the business and cross functionally.

  • Commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex datasets and simplify messaging.

  • A drive to challenge the status quo and demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality.

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Ready to make an Impact?

This role is suited to someone who has already operated at a senior business partnering level and is comfortable influencing executive stakeholders, rather than purely delivering reporting outputs. This is a fantastic opportunity in a global FMCG organisation, so don’t miss out. We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close the job advertisement early.
