FP&A Manager 
Remote, UK - This role can be carried out day to day remotely with a few days per month in our London office. We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside the UK at this stage.

The role

The FP&A Manager is a newly created role to support the growing demands on the Finance team. Having recently raised its Series C, the CFO is looking to raise the bar on financial insights the team provides investors and leadership, improve stakeholder management, forecasting and number of other activities. You will: 

 

  • Partner closely with the CFO and Exec leadership team on performance management, strategic planning, resource allocation and headcount analysis. 
  • Deliver meaningful financial and operational insights, identifying key performance drivers, risks and growth opportunities through monthly reporting and analysis. 
  • Collaborate with RevOps to drive insight from the revenue waterfall and improve commercial outcomes and planning 
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities, assess strategic trade-offs and support data-driven decision making.  
  • Collaborate with teams across finance, sales, marketing and R&D functions to provide scalable analysis and actionable insights.  
  • Lead the review of business performance, producing management information, interpreting trends and supporting senior leaders in developing actions to improve outcomes.  
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, coordinating inputs from across the business and maintaining oversight of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow projections.  
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes, supporting the continued development of a best-in-class finance function.

About you

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is sharp with the details but can also engage senior stakeholders and focus on the big picture. You will need:  

 

  • To be a qualified accountant 
  • Proven track record of developing FP&A capabilities in organisations with similar business model (B2B subscription, SaaS, Services) 
  • Strong excel and data manipulation skills 
  • Strong communication skills; able to go into detail but also talk big picture 
  • Comfortable presenting information to wider stakeholders 
  • High degree of EQ
