Lead Semble’s Customer Success organization and commercial performance across retention, renewals, expansion, and customer value. Build scalable, AI-enabled processes including health scoring, lifecycle programs, automation, and data-driven forecasting. Develop a high-performing team, influence product strategy through customer insights, partner with Sales and other functions on growth, and serve as a senior customer advocate. The role is hybrid in the UK with occasional travel to Paris.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market B2B SaaS accounts (£16k–80k ACV). Build and manage a self-sourced and inbound pipeline, qualify opportunities, run multi-stakeholder deals, produce business cases, forecast accurately, and close to hit new ARR targets. Regular UK customer visits and hybrid London office attendance required.

Provides first-line technical support for a healthcare care-orchestration platform. The role monitors and responds to customer requests, communicates technical information to varied audiences, diagnoses and resolves issues, owns support cases, collaborates with internal teams, and creates documentation, troubleshooting guides, help-center articles, and FAQs.

Build, test, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and data products. Deploy config-driven workflows to Databricks across a multi-tenant environment, extend data models, support CI/CD and ingestion projects, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with data and product teams to deliver reliable, well-tested data.

Lead evolution of test automation and a Quality Agent system. Design and maintain a stable Playwright/TypeScript framework, improve CI quality gates, rationalise E2E tests, expand coverage using AI-assisted workflows, and run non-functional testing proofs. Coach teams on test design and contribute to company-wide quality strategy and tooling decisions.

Provide bilingual (French/English) customer support across email, phone and digital channels for a B2B SaaS healthcare platform. Own tickets end-to-end, support onboarding and training, create knowledge articles, surface product feedback to Product and Engineering, monitor queues, identify trends and use AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining empathetic, high-quality support.
