THE ROLE

We are seeking an FP&A Finance Specialist to support our International Sales organization across APJ, EMEA, and LATAM. This highly analytical role will focus on business intelligence, financial analysis, and reporting, providing value-added insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making. You will partner closely with Sales and Finance leaders to translate financial, pipeline, bookings, and operational data into actionable insights that inform go-to-market decisions. You will also own critical reporting, forecasting, and financial models, support effective expense and procurement management, and help scale Finance through process standardization and automation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Update and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analytics, providing insightful metrics that support go-to-market strategy development and measure the effectiveness of execution. Analyze business trends, customer buying patterns, pipeline, deals, and markets to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for EMEA and APJ by approving or refining PRs and POs. Ensure financial accuracy by correcting GL and accounting distributions, verifying the completion of service delivery, and resolving duplicate entries. Proactively address inquiries regarding approval status across Slack and email channels to maintain business velocity.
  • Assist in building critical business and financial models for headcount, expenses, commissions, pipeline, and bookings, ensuring that complex information is presented clearly and effectively to non-financial audiences.
  • Drive expense management activities for Sales teams, identifying risks and opportunities against budget plans and supporting effective financial management.
  • Provide support to the International team on special projects and strategic initiatives, contributing financial analysis and insights to support business objectives.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and support business scalability.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A. Experience in building dashboards, database programming, and predictive data analytics is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with the ability to provide timely reporting and continue driving data analytics automation for the team.
  • Strong systems experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar systems and tools, combined with a high level of experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • A highly motivated, self-starting approach, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while simultaneously managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail when required, combined with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and translate them into clear presentation and management-level views.
  • Experience in the technology industry, Sales Finance, or Sales Operations is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting. CIMA study or progress toward a CIMA qualification is a plus.
